Infosys was up 0.24 percent at USD 59.44 and Wipro jumped 0.52 percent at USD 11.6.
In the banking space,
ICICI Bank rose 1.19 percent at USD 52.93 and HDFC Bank gained 0.29 percent at USD 49.
In the other sectors,
Tata Motors advanced 1.16 percent at USD 47.27 and Dr Reddy’s Laboratories added 1.82 percent at USD 48.07.
