Asian equities fell for a third straight day on Thursday as investors weighed developments in Russia and weak European economic data.
China’s Shanghai Composite fell 0.32 percent or 7.20 points at 2,210.26. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng declined 0.46 percent or 111.99 points at 24,472.14.
Japan’s Nikkei shed 0.43 percent or 64.59 points at 15,095.20. Singapore’s Straits Times was down 0.37 percent or 12.44 points at 3,307.79.
South Korea’s Seoul Composite slipped 0.38 percent or 7.82 points at 2,052.91. Taiwan’s Taiwan Weighted was down 0.30 percent or 27.63 points at 9,116.34.
