US markets, S&P 500 ended lower on first day of this
quarter. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dragged lower by Intel and
Alcoa.
The Dow Jones industrial average was down 5.69 points, or 0.04 percent,
at 14,572.85. The Standard & Poor’s 500 Index was down 7.02 points, or 0.45
percent, at 1,562.17. TheNasdaq Composite Index was down 28.35 points, or
0.87 percent, at 3,239.17.
