Seeds has received an approval to enter into a partnership firm in the name and
style of ‘Aditya Agri Tech’. The board of directors at its meeting held on
February 14, 2013 has approved for the same. The investment ratio of the firm
shall be 70:30 i.e. the company’s investment will be 70% of the total
investment in the firm for carrying the business of sale of all kinds of Cotton
Seed.
