CAPITAL STROKE UPDATE: ASIAN MARKETS 22-May-2015

Capital Stroke : Asian Markets Japanese shares opened flat as INVESTORS await the latest policy decision from the Bank of Japan (BOJ), while other bourses in the region tracked their US peers higher on the final trading day of the week. Japan’s Nikkei 225 index was off to a cautious start ahead of the BOJ decision. A weaker yen trading at 121.04 against the US dollar, COMPARED to 120.3 in the previous session, did little to lift sentiment. South Korea’s Kospi index edged up ahead of a long weekend.
